Kids Gold Jewelry Source ships all orders Free of Charge within the contiguous United States via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail and will arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days from date of shipment. USPS Priority Mail is available for $6.25 US dollars and will arrive approximately 2 to 3 business days from date of shipment. USPS Express Mail is available for $26.25 US dollars and will arrive approximately 1 business day from date of shipment*.

Return Policy

Kids Gold Jewelry Source Return Policy

If followed properly, our Return & Refund Policy procedure will insure a timely refund.
Kids Gold Jewelry Source will refund your purchase price for merchandise and tax (if applicable) if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Freight charges (if any) will not be refunded.

1. Merchandise must be returned 30 days from the delivery confirmation date. Returns past this date will be issued a store credit in the form of a coupon to be used against a future purchase.
2. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
3. We will not be able to accept returns for 'FINAL SALE' items or items that have been engraved.
4. Email Kids Gold Jewelry Source (info@kidsgoldjewelry.com) and request a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
We will need your order number or invoice number when contacting us.
We will email you an RA# to be hand printed on the OUTSIDE of the shipping carton.
Please include a copy of your invoice inside the carton.

5. Ship via the carrier of your choice. Your RA# MUST appear on the outside of the carton to insure efficient processing. We recommend that you request a tracking number from the carrier of your choice, i.e. UPS, United States Post Office.
