If followed properly our Return & Refund Policy procedure will insure a timely refund.
Kids Gold Jewelry Source and/or Diamond Door Diamonds will refund your purchase price for merchandise and tax (if applicable) if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Freight charges (if any) will not be refunded.

1. Merchandise must be returned 30 days from the order ship date. Returns past this date will be issued a store credit in the form of a coupon to be used against a future purchase.
2. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
3. We will not be able to accept returns for 'final sale' items or items that have been engraved.
4. Email Kids Gold Jewelry Source (info@kidsgoldjewelry.com) and request a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
We will need your order number or invoice number when contacting us.
We will email you an RA# to be hand printed on the OUTSIDE of the shipping carton.
We will also email you a packing slip to be computer printed and inserted INSIDE the return shipping carton.
5. Ship via the carrier of your choice. Your RA# MUST appear on the outside of the carton to insure efficient processing. We recommend that you request a tracking number from the carrier of your choice, i.e. UPS, United States Post Office.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
