Our Guarantee and Return Policy
We expect you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
If followed properly our Return & Refund Policy procedure will insure a timely refund.
KidsGold-14k for Kids will refund your purchase price for merchandise and tax (if applicable) if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Freight charges (if any) will not be refunded. If a product is defective, we will replace it and return it to you with no shipping charges.
1. Merchandise must be returned 30 days from the order ship date.
2. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
3. We will not be able to accept returns for 'final sale' items or items that have been engraved.
4. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
We will need your order number or invoice number when contacting us.
We will email you an Authorization number for you to write on the OUTSIDE of the shipping carton.
We will also email you a packing slip for you to print out and insert INSIDE the return shipping carton.
5. Ship via the carrier of your choice. Your Return Authorization number MUST appear on the outside of the carton to insure efficient processing. We recommend that you request a tracking number from the parcel carrier. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Upon receipt/approval of your return, KidsGold-14k for Kids will promptly refund your purchase price for the merchandise and tax (if applicable) to the credit card used for your purchase.
